How can I change or cancel my order?
You can simply reply to the original confirmation email with details about your change or cancellation request. In case your items have already been dispatched, you will be charged of your order but the amount will be refunded once the items are returned to us. How do I use a discount code?
On checkout page, add your code into the discount box. The deduction should show up right after.

What payment options do you offer?
We accept payment with leading credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard and American Express) as well as PayPal. We also accept payment with bank transfer from our Hong Kong clients. If you choose this payment option, please follow the instructions in the checkout page.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card on your website?
Yes. All payments on our website are handled through PayPal renowned and secured platform. Your credit card numbers are encrypted and are not stored on our systems. 

Are your products natural?
All Bahia Cosmetics products contain 100% natural ingredients. Our products never contain any artificial chemicals and are never tested on animals.

Are your products organic?
Our Argan oil, Prickly pear seed oil and Rose water are all organic farming products. All our ingredients are certified organic according to ECOCERT Organic Standard.  ECOCERT is the European independent certification body.

What is the shelf life of your products?
We buy our  ingredients in small batches to ensure that all our products are fresh when they reach our customers.  “Best Before” dates are indicated on the base of the bottles. 

How to best store your products?

We recommend to store our products in stable temperatures and away from direct sun light to preserve all of their benefits. Rose water can also be stored in the refrigerator and applied chilled to the face for an enhanced revitalizing effect.
